Talus Mobilization

Updated: May 12, 2020

Are you feeling a block at the front of your ankle when you dorsiflex? This is due to a bone in your foot called the talus. To improve your dorsiflexion and decrease that bony block we need to mobilize it!

During this exercise, try to relax the foot and ankle and allow the band and weight to do the job for you. Remember to keep your heel down on the box as much as possible when pushing your knee past your toes.
