Farmer’s Carries are great for bulletproofing your back as well as your shoulders. These should be a staple for any strength training program. It’s important to maintain tension throughout the body during this exercise. It is also important to make sure that you are in a upright, neutral spinal position with shoulders and hips stacked over one another.

You can vary the intensity by changing the duration that you are walking, the weight that you are holding, sets that you are completing, and rest you are taking in between sets.⁣
