Dr. Ben Bagge, PT, DPT, CSCS received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa and a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Northern Iowa.
Ben’s specialty is helping athletes and active individuals find ways to allow them to continue to workout while rehabbing from injury. Ben also enjoys helping his clients bulletproof their body from injury by improving their overall mobility and completing biomechanical assessments of their desired lifts (squats, deadlifts, power cleans, snatches, etc…). Ben has also been an instructor in a variety of different settings, from local consulting with CrossFit gyms/athletes, youth athlete clubs, and professional sport organizations.
In Ben’s free time he enjoys strength training, playing pick-up basketball, and reading.

Dr. Colin Miller, PT, DPT

Dr. Colin Miller, PT, DPT received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa and a Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Northern Iowa.
Throughout Colin’s life he has been a part of athletics and exercise which has molded his experience to help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. Colin specifically takes pride in educating all of his patients and clients extensively to give them the tools and knowledge to take control of their life and their health so they are no longer heavily reliant on other health care professionals. Colin has worked with the men and women of the United States Army, current and former NFL players, US Olympics, multiple collegiate sports, CEOs, and desk jockeys alike.
In Colin’s spare time, he enjoys working out, exploring new places in the Bay Area with his girlfriend Allison, and watching football.

Dr. Dayna Candela, PT, DPT

Dr. Dayna Candela, PT, DPT received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY and a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami in Florida.
Many years as a competitive gymnast has led her to trust in the ability, strength, and gift of the human body. Her training has inspired her to educate others of the dynamics in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, with the objective to regain their strong physical abilities, as she has done through several of her own injuries. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and athletes of all levels. Dayna is also passionate about working with women’s health in pre/postpartum care and helping overcome pelvic floor dysfunction associated with the hormonal and physiological changes that come with pregnancy to get back to exercise for health and longevity.
Dayna enjoys staying active, especially with all of the wonderful activities that California weather allows for, and spending time with her puppy.

Dr. Angela Aie, PT, DPT

Dr. Angela Aie, PT, DPT received her Doctorate in Physical therapy from the University of California-San Francisco/San Francisco State University in the Bay Area and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Rice University in Houston, TX.
Angela is passionate about helping people get out of pain, optimize performance, and ultimately, become the best version of themselves. She has spent many years playing competitive basketball and ultimate frisbee. This has inspired her to educate patients about their body and empower them to stay on the court or field while rehabbing an injury through a combination of manual therapy and functional strength training.
In her free time, Angela enjoys playing competitive ultimate frisbee, watching basketball and soccer, rock climbing, and playing board games.

Dr. Emma Laird, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Emma Laird, PT, DPT, OCS received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Biology from the University of California, Davis. Emma is also a graduate of an orthopedic physical therapy residency and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
Emma is native to the Bay Area and grew up playing sports and following her parents on a bicycle while they were marathon training. She excelled in softball and volleyball and was first exposed to the weight room at age 15. At an early age, she learned the physical and mental value of strength training and healthy habits to support peak performance. She understands firsthand that sports and other recreational activities fulfill a greater part of our life than just exercise. They are a part of our identity and overall strategy for building a healthy life. She is passionate about helping people return to their beloved activities now while also educating her clients about how to move well for their entire life. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and athletes of all ages and abilities. Her treatment style includes a variety of manual therapy techniques, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning programming customized to each individual’s body and sports goals.
In Emma’s free time she enjoys spending time with her fiance and dog, cooking, exploring the many breweries and restaurants the Bay Area has to offer and staying active outside. She is also an avid football fan and supporter of pretty much any exciting sporting event.

Dr. Lydia Lee, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Lydia Lee, PT, DPT, OCS received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California-San Francisco/San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University. Lydia is also a graduate of an orthopedic physical therapy residency and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
Lydia was born and raised in the Bay Area. Growing up, she played sports and loved being active. She coached volleyball and was also a personal trainer. Being inspired by seeing people reach their goals and take pride in their own achievements, she’s passionate about empowering people to be the best version of themselves through movement optimization and education. Her treatment approach includes a variety of manual therapy techniques and functional strength training specific to the individual. She believes the human body is strong and she strives to help others build strength and resiliency, not only to continue doing what they love, but to go above and beyond.
In Lydia’s free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, being outside, crafting, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Dr. Roland Jenkins, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Dr. Roland Jenkins, PT, DPT, received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, a Masters in Exercise Physiology from California State University Northridge in Northridge, CA, and a Bachelor’s Degree from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Roland is a native to Oakland, CA and his love for sports and movement science stem from his participation in sports from a young age. In his youth, he excelled in competitive swimming and skiing, but ultimately found his love for football, which he continued to play at the intercollegiate level. Roland’s lifelong involvement in sports and recreational fitness has inspired him to treat and educate his patients on the importance of an active and healthy lifestyle. His treatment approach has always been to empower his patients, giving them more control over their health. In addition to sport & orthopedic conditions, Roland enjoys treating concussion and vestibular based pathologies, and helps his patients overcome both balance dysfunctions and dizziness so they can get back to the activities they love to do.
Roland loves staying active with Muay Thai/boxing, general fitness, and recreational sports as well as spending time with his wife and baby daughter.

Dr. Dylan Kumar, PT, DPT

Dr. Dylan Kumar, PT, DPT received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in New York, New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon.
Dylan was born and raised in the Bay Area where he played 10 years of football before undergoing two shoulder surgeries in high school. Through his own experiences in rehab and subsequent education at Columbia, Dylan developed a passion for working with patients who sought a bridge between rehab and performance, as he was previously one of these patients himself. In recognizing the shortcomings of more traditional rehab, he strives to match the energy and passion of his patients while equipping them to independently navigate the non-linear nature of active lifestyles. His treatment approach emphasizes education and exercise programming aimed at empowering his patients while in pursuit of their activity, rehab, and performance related goals.
In his free time, Dylan enjoys working out, trying out new bars and restaurants, and watching pretty much any sport. (#RaiderNation).

Dr. Jon Albright, PT, DPT

Dr. Jon Albright, PT, DPT received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of South Dakota.
Jon works with active individuals in order to help them reach their own unique goals whether that’s running, lifting weights, or keeping up with their kids/grandkids. Along with his background in exercise science, he has spent many years training as a powerlifter and enjoys utilizing strength training with patients to give them the tools they need to take control of their care, without the need for surgery, medications, or having to take time off. He has helped a wide variety of individuals reach their individualized goals, including patients from all age ranges and many different performance objectives.
In Jon’s spare time, he enjoys powerlifting, watching football and hockey, and fishing.

As a former athlete who spent extensive time rehabbing various injuries, Alec is committed to helping clients achieve their long-term goals through movement and wellness. His biggest goal as a therapist is to build strong, trusting relationships and committing himself to treating the whole person. He has worked with a variety of different populations and prides himself on being equally as passionate whether they are an athlete who wants to return to sport or someone who wants to be able to plant their garden.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football, golfing, and the Chicago Cubs.

Dr. Nima Enayati, PT, DPT

Dr. Nima Enayati received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Chico State.
Nima has been active his whole life. He grew up playing basketball, soccer, and competing in martial arts. He received his black belt in Tae Kwon Do from Ernie Reyes’s West Coast team. This is where he developed his appreciation for sports and athletics. Nima’s experience lies in movement analysis and implementing specific changes through manual (hands-on) therapy, exercise and education. Since moving to San Diego, he has developed a bigger passion for golf. He has received his certification through the Titleist Performance Institute and loves working with the golf community to help them return to the course pain-free and with an improvement in their overall game. His main goal is to be able to positively influence anyone who is looking to improve their overall well-being, and return to an active and healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Kristina Koroyan, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Dr. Kristina Koroyan, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University and graduated with honors from California State University, Fresno with a double major in Kinesiology, Exercise Science and Physical Therapy, Interdisciplinary Studies. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT), holds the Diploma in Osteopractic from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, and is Certified in Spinal Manipulative Therapy (Cert. SMT) and Dry Needling (Cert. DN).
Kristina’s mission is to empower people to heal through movement and help them get back to the activities they love. She does so through an individualized care approach considering physical, social, medical, and emotional variables that affect recovery. Her sessions are an educational experience that provides tools for long-term success for every individual.
Kristina also specializes in women’s health and the treatment of chronic pelvic pain & dysfunction. As a Pre/Post Natal coach, she focuses on pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions and helping women reach their fitness goals. In Kristina’s free time she enjoys traveling internationally and has proudly served as a physical therapist for the Fresno Medical Mission team. She has traveled to Armenia for the past 4 years and hopes to return to continue serving the indigenous populations in rural communities.
