Inflamed plantar fasciitis occurs when your daily activities involve excessive stretching, such as climbing stairs frequently or participating in certain sports. Inflammation of the plantar fasciitis can make your daily activities difficult, even walking. Kinesiology Tape for Your Foot

You will be advised by your physical therapist to use kinesiology tap. But, make sure you discuss with him how to properly apply the tape and if it’s safe for you.

Procedure

  • A friend or physical therapist may be needed to apply the tape on your foot.
  • Before you apply the tape, make sure to keep your food on the table and gently flex your feet towards the journey.
  • When your foot is in 75%-100% stretch position, apply left strip to secure the end
  • You should not have any tension on the foot’s upper side.
  • You can repeat the process up to three times. You should make sure that each strip overlaps slightly from previous trips in order to cover the Middle arch.
  • In certain cases, you may also be able to use and I for your food

Be aware

It should feel comfortable and shouldn’t be folded. It can be used for three to five days. Then it will get wet and may start to fall off by itself. You can take it off and put it back.
