As our Patient Intake Specialist, you're not just scheduling appointments. You're the first connection, the first impression, the first voice of hope. You guide people from hesitation to commitment.
Often they're in pain, overwhelmed by options, or unsure what to do next. The way you speak with them, educate them, and encourage them can be the reason they finally take action and change their health trajectory.

What You'll Be Doing
Helping people follow through on their intent to get better, whether they came through an ad, a referral, or a past experience with us.
- Guide new patients from first contact all the way to a scheduled evaluation.
- Work inbound leads from Facebook & Instagram ads, Google Ads, the website, social DMs, referrals, and past patients.
- Reconnect with patients who canceled, no-showed, or fell off their plan, plus occasional cold callbacks and outbound texts.
- Confirm, remind, and reschedule appointments with a focus on same-week evaluations.
- Use phone, text, and email to stay in touch, logging every interaction in our CRM/EMR so no one gets forgotten.
- Follow proven scripts built by our physical therapists, personalizing them to the person in front of you.
Base pay plus performance pay that rewards impact. No cap.
- $15–$20 / hour base pay (W2, full-time)
- $50 for every attended evaluation you book
- $75 for every show beyond 20 in a week

A licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. This one's non-negotiable. Your license can be from any state (MA, FL, TX, NY — anywhere). Because this is a remote, non-treating role, a California license is NOT required
You chose this profession to help people, and you're energized by meaningful conversations.
You read people well, handle objections with compassion, and build trust quickly.
A high-touch communication role (60–100+ conversations a day) feels energizing, not draining.
You never leave a patient hanging, and you're comfortable in CRM/EMR systems, texting platforms, and call tools.
You like knowing your impact ties directly to your income. Bonus points for prior clinic or scheduling experience.
