  • The knee should be straight and the hips tight.
  • Your other foot should lie flat in front.
  • Keep your chest high and your back straight.
  • Begin to tighten your abdominal muscles by bringing your belly button toward your spine.
  • Now, close your buttocks.
  • A gentle stretch will occur in your hip. Keep the stretch going for about 15-30 seconds

Piriformis stretch

  • You can lie on your back
  • Move your hips to the side by raising your knees.
