Pectus excavatum can be described as a condition in which your breastbone is sunken deeper into your chest cavity than usual. This condition is usually not painful but can sometimes cause pulmonary problems.

Arm Sliders

To perform arm sliders, stand straight up with your back to the wall. Lift your arms above your head so that your hips touch the wall.

T-Stretch

This stretch opens your chest wall and allows you to stretch the pectoral muscle. After standing straight, take a resistance strap in each hand and then hold it behind your thighs. Push-Ups

This is one of the most commonly used exercises to treat this chest disorientation.

It will increase the strength of your pectoral muscle.

To perform these exercises, lie on your stomach on the floor with your head on the ground. Place your hands on the floor so that your palms touch the floor.

Begin by extending your abdominals to push your body up into a plank. After 2 seconds, let your stomach relax and release your chest. Then slowly lower your body down. Repeat this 10 to15 times.
